A Note from iVet regarding COVID-19

Dear Pet Parents,

By now, we’ve all received numerous statements from companies in response to the COVID-19 crisis. Most, if not all, are well founded and are important responses to what has become uncharted waters for all of us.

These statements educate customers about the extra precautions companies are taking to promote the health and safety of employees and customers. At iVet, we’d like to expand the conversation to talk about the safety precautions we have always taken to ensure the nutritional wellness and safety of your pets, as evidenced by our almost two decades of no FDA recalls:

    • The vast majority of the ingredients used in our formulas are sourced within a 200 mile radius of our Midwest production facility
    • Our production facilities go through rigorous clean downs between production runs and all products are tested by an independent 3rd party lab prior to releasing for shipment.
    • We have direct home delivery service that eliminates the need to visit large, crowded retailers for your order. And since we control our distribution channel, there are fewer people handling your packages and fewer opportunities for disruption of delivery to your home.

Finally, we always encourage pet parents to take advantage of increased interaction with your vet by purchasing iVet at the clinic. But given these uncertain times, we want to make sure you are aware that if for some reason you can’t make it the clinic or feel uncomfortable venturing out, we do provide home delivery options at ivet.com.
